Refund policy

PAPERBACKS

If you'd like a refund, contact us at info@shopwritershelpingwriters.net within 30 days of purchase. Please include your name and order number. We'll review your order and take appropriate action.

If you're worried because you haven't received your order, please know that delivery times vary depending on the shipping location and which printing facility is fulfilling your order. Use the tracking number provided with your order to follow its progress, and reach out if you believe it's gotten lost or has been delivered to the wrong address.

EBOOKS & PDFS

Digital purchases are delivered via an emailed download link from our digital distributor, BookFunnel. This email arrives immediately after your payment has been collected. Please be sure to download your file within 14 days. If additional time elapses and your link is no longer valid (or if you have issues with your file), contact BookFunnel directly for assistance at help@bookfunnel.com.

Because these books are delivered instantly via download, no refunds or returns will be given. The only exception is if a duplicate item is bought within 48 hours of first purchase, in which case we will replace the duplicate item with the one intended to be bought. In this situation, please contact us directly at info@shopwritershelpingwriters.net.

GIFT CARDS

Because gift cards are digital purchases that are delivered immediately upon purchase, no refunds or returns will be given.
