Refund policy

PAPERBACKS

If you'd like a refund, contact us at info@shopwritershelpingwriters.net within 30 days of purchase. Please include your name and order number. We'll review your order and take appropriate action.

If you're worried because you haven't received your order, please know that delivery times vary depending on the shipping location and which printing facility is fulfilling your order. Use the tracking number provided with your order to follow its progress, and reach out if you believe it's gotten lost or has been delivered to the wrong address.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Ebooks and PDFs are delivered via an emailed download link from our digital distributor, BookFunnel. This email arrives immediately after your payment has been collected. Please be sure to download your file within 14 days. If additional time elapses and your link is no longer valid (or if you have issues with your file), contact BookFunnel directly for assistance at help@bookfunnel.com.

A refund will only be issued for digital items if it is requested within 14 days of receipt and the product hasn't been accessed (the link in the delivery email hasn't been clicked). We will also consider a refund if a duplicate digital product is bought within 48 hours of first purchase. To request a refund, please contact us directly at info@shopwritershelpingwriters.net.

No refunds will be issued for live webinar purchases.

GIFT CARDS

Because gift cards are digital purchases that are delivered immediately upon purchase, no refunds or returns will be given.
